David is a Senior Associate working in our Dispute Resolution & Commercial Litigation and Corporate & Business Advisory practice areas.
David holds a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University (2014) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from QUT (2015). David is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. David was previously the retail manager of a busy hotel, and worked in the retail and hospitality industry for 10 years prior to being a solicitor.
David brings a broad range of experience to the firm, having assisted clients across different industries including mining, construction, automotive and a wide variety of small to medium enterprises. David assists his clients with commercial advice, shareholder and director disputes, providing advice on contractual terms and obligations, contractual disputes, franchise disputes, business purchases and sales, debt disputes and insolvency, property disputes, preparing terms and conditions, employment disputes (for employer and employees) and advocating for clients in mediation or conciliation.
At Ellem Warren Napa Lawyers, David acts for clients in general business advisory matters and in litigation. David regularly assists clients before State and Federal Courts and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time outdoors on hikes and playing soccer.
